Our solution is delivered over 6 months, in 3 phases:
- Phase 1: Build (13 weeks)
- Phase 2: Grow (4 weeks)
- Phase 3: Optimize (9 weeks)
A collaborative review session would be held every fortnightly with the client based on the task as listed in our table below. The client would also be provided access to a customer portal to view the progress.
